Ultrasound Diagnosis in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Abstract

In the first trimester ultrasound is not yet generally accepted as a screening procedure, and in many countries used only where specific indications exist. One such indication is to monitor the outcome of therapy in infertile patients (see Chap. 15).
