Zusammenfassung

Wie bereits berichtet (4), werden immunregulatorische Leberfaktoren von akut geschädigten Hepatocyten in die Blutbahn abgegeben, welche die immunologische Sonderstellung der Lebertransplantate mitbegründen. Diese Leberfaktoren bewirken neben einer Immunsuppression auch eine Hemmung der Fibroblastenproliferation.
