Zusammenfassung

Die allogene Dünndarmtransplantation löst komplexe immunologische Reaktionen aus, die sich im Modell der heterotopen aczessorischen Dünndarmtransplantation adäquat studieren lassen (1). Zur Beurteilung der bei der klinischen Anwendung auftretenden Probleme sind jedoch Untersuchungen der Immunreaktionen im Modell der allogenen orthotopen Transplantation erforderlich. Daraus ergeben sich folgende Fragen: 1. Welche technischen Schritte ermöglichen einen orthotopen Dünndarmersatz im Rattenmodell? 2. Welche Abstoßungsvorgänge laufen im orthotopen allogenen Dünndarmtransplantat ab? 3. Durch welches Immunsuppressionsschema ist das langfristige Überleben des Transplantates möglich?
