Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit anaplastischen Schilddrüsencarcinomen scheint eine cytostatische Behandlung erfolgversprechend zu sein (1). Nachdem ein Modell zur Xenotransplantation und Passage menschlicher Schilddrüsencarcinome auf thymusaplastische Nacktmäuse zur Verfügung steht (3), wurde der Einfluß einer cytostatischen Behandlung auf xenotransplantiertes menschliches Schilddrüsencarcinomgewebe untersucht.
