Zusammenfassung

Bleibende Dislokationen nach Ileosacralgelenksprengungen verursachen erhebliche Beschwerden. Reposition und Retention sind daher entscheidend für eine bessere Prognose. Die interne Fixation hat sich als stabilste Osteosyntheseform herausgestellt. Grundlage zur Beurteilung verschiedener Osteosynthesen ist die Kenntnis der Biomechanik des Ileosacralgelenkes.
