Unsere Erfahrungen mit der primären ambulanten Bandnaht in Peroneus-suralis-Blockade bei lateralen Bandverletzungen des oberen Sprunggelenkes bei Sportlern

Zusammenfassung

Hinter Distorsions- Supinationstraumen des oberen Sprunggelenkes verbergen sich sehr oft verschiedenartige Formen der lateralen Kapselbandrupturen. Von größter Bedeutung für die Prognose ist zweifelsohne die exakte klinische und radiologische Diagnostik, wobei besonderer Wert auf die vergleichende gehaltene Aufnahme beider oberer Sprunggelenke, in ap.- und seitlichem Strahlengang, gelegt wird.

Bezüglich der Therapie hat sich gezeigt, daß die frühstmögliche Revision (primäre Bandnaht) der konservativen Therapie und der sekundär-bandplastischen Maßnahme überlegen ist.

Summary

Distorsion-supination injuries of the ankle joint frequently include different forms of lateral collateral ligament ruptures. An exactly performed clinical and radiological examination provides early rehabilitation of the sportsmen.

Particulary dynamic X-rays ap- and axial of the injured ankle and its contralateral side are very important for precise diagnosis of ligament lesions. In the literatur there is a coherent opinion concerning the therapy of ruptures of the lateral ligament. It is beyond doubt that reconstructive treatment — as early as possible — surpasses conservative or secondary operative methods. The result of 116 cases of injured sportsmen suffering from lateral ligament lesions will be reported in detail.
