Intestinaler Eiweißverlust bei blasenbildenden Hautkrankheiten

Zusammenfassung

Bei Kranken mit blasenbildenden Hautkrankheiten und gleichzeitiger Verminderung der Gesamteiweiß- oder Albuminkonzentration im Serum ist zum Ausschluß einer exsudativen Enteropathie ein 51CrCl3-Test anzuraten. Von 8 Kranken mit bullösen Dermatosen zeigten je eine Patientin mit Pemphigus vulgaris und Epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica sowie ein Patient mit Pemphigus familiaris chronicus ein pathologisches Resultat des 51CrCl3-Tests, das f ü r eine gesteigerte intestinale Proteinausscheidung spricht. Bei 4 Kranken lieferten Umsatzuntersuchungen mit speziellem 131J-Human-serumalbumin Hinweise auf die Auswirkungen eines pathologisch erhöhten intestinalen Eiweißverlustes auf den Proteinstoffwechsel.

Summary

In patients with bullous dermatoses and simultaneous reduction of the serum level of total protein and albumin, a 51CrCl3 test should be performed in order to exclude a protein-losing enteropathy. Among 8 patients suffering from bullous dermatoses, one woman each with pemphigus vulgaris and epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica as well as one man with pemphigus familiaris chronicus showed a pathologic result of the 51CrCl3 test demonstrating that the intestinal protein loss was augmented. In 4 patients, turnover studies using special I-131 human serum albumin provided information about the effects of an increased intestinal protein loss on protein metabolism.
