Intravenöse Streptokinase-Kurzzeitinfusion bei akutem Myokardinfarkt

Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung des akuten Myokardinfarktes mit intrakoronarer Streptokinase-Infusion bleibt wegen des erforderlichen technischen und personellen Aufwandes auf einen kleinen Teil aller Patienten begrenzt. Wir haben uns daher die Frage gestellt, ob auch mit einer frühzeitig gegebenen, intravenösen hochdosierten Kurzzeitinfusion von Streptokinase eine schnelle Wiedereröffnung eines thrombotisch verschlossenen Infarktgefäßes erreicht werden kann. Bei 11 von 21 Patienten, die innerhalb von 6 Std. nach Einsetzen der Infarktsymptomatik eine 30minütige intravenöse Infusion von 500 000 E Streptokinase erhalten hatten, konnte Rekanalisation eines total verschlossenen Infarktgefaßes nachgewiesen werj den.
