Zusammenfassung

Störungen der Homöostase finden sich nur bei der schweren autodigestiv-tryptischen Pankreatitis. Die autodigestiv-tryptische Pankreatitis ist morphologisch durch Ödembildung, tryptische Nekroseherde, fokale Einblutungen und entzündliche Zellinfiltrationen charakterisiert. Sie führt klinisch zu einem akut einsetzenden schweren Krankheitsbild mit den humoralen Zeichen der „komplexen Fermententgleisung“ (19). Für diese schweren Formen der akuten Pankreatitis hat sich in der Klinik der Begriff der hämorrhagisch-nekrotisierenden Pankreatitis allgemein durchgesetzt.
