Zusammenfassung

Tierexperimentelle Studien haben gezeigt, daß Corynebacterium parvum (CP) ein potentes immunologisches Stimulans ist. CP verhinderte das Wachstum primärer, metastasierender und transplantabler syngener Tumoren [3]. Unsere randomisierten Vorstudien der Kombinationschemotherapie mit Vincristin, Adriamycin, Cyclophosphamid (VAC) und anschließend 5-Fluorouracil, Methotrexat und Cyclophosphamid (FMC) hatten ergeben, daß eine Dosis von 5 mg/m2 CP subkutan am Tag 1 eines jeden Chemotherapiezyklus weder die Responserate noch die Dauer der Remissionen und medianen Überlebenszeiten verbesserte [1].
