Zusammenfassung
Ein Proteinmolekül (Eiweißmolekül) besteht aus einer Abfolge (Sequenz) von Aminosäuren, die durch Peptidbindungen miteinander verknüpft sind. Bei Proteinen, die man in der Natur vorfindet, kommen in der Regel nur 20 verschiedene Aminosäuren vor. Alle 20 sind im Kapitel 15 besprochen worden.
