Zusammenfassung

Die Anwendung von gestielten Myokutanlappen zur Deckung von Weichteildefekten, besonders am Unterschenkel, ist ein progressives Therapieprinzip. Diese Defektheilung ist alternativen Verfahren überlegen, da die bessere Muskeldurchblutung, wie inzwischen gesichert ist, der Haut und dem Knochen in jeder Hinsicht zugute kommt.
