Abstract
Two cytotoxic monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs), PL3 (IgG3) and PL2 (IgG2a), were produced by immunization with an HLA-DR7 homozygous cell line, PLH. Their serological specificities were determined by binding assays and by complement-dependent microcytotoxicity on an extensive cell panel.
