Patienten mit HBeAg-positiver, chronisch-aggressiver Hepatitis B und Personen, welche auf dem Boden einer Non-A-non-B-Posttransfusionshepatitis eine chronisch-aggressive Hepatitis entwickeln, zeigen häufig klinisch, laborchemisch und histologisch eine Progression zur Leberzirrhose.
