Zusammenfassung

Bislang haben wir uns ausschließlich mit parenchymatösen Organen befaßt, wenn man einmal von den Gefäßen und Gallenwegen absieht. Der Verdauungskanal selber wird in der Regel als störend empfunden, da die darin befindliche Luft mit ihren steinähnlichen Schallschatten das Pankreas verdeckt oder sogar durch pseudotubuläre Bilder Verwechslungen mit dem Ductus pancreaticus verursacht.
