Chronische Pankreatitis

Zusammenfassung

Die klinisch stumme, chronische Pankreatitis geht einher mit Veränderungen der äußeren Form, der Echostruktur und in geringem Umfang auch der Pankreasgröße. Dank des hohen Auflösungsvermögens der modernen Sonographiegeräte kann auch der Ductus pancreaticus beurteilt werden. Ein schwieriges diagnostisches Problem erwächst, wenn eine akute Pankreatitis eine chronische kompliziert.
