Zusammenfassung
Das Pankreas liegt im anterioren pararenalen Raum, der lateral das retroperitoneal gelegene Colon ascendens und das Colon descendens enthält (Meyers 1977). Von den großen Gefäßen ist es durch den vorderen Anteil der perirenalen Faszie (Zuckerkandl Faszie) separiert. Diese Faszie trennt den vorderen pararenalen Raum (und damit das Pankreas) vom perirenalen Raum (Abb. 19.1 und 19.2). Ganz kurz wollen wir noch einmal die Gefäße der Pankreasregion betrachten: Die Milzgefäße und die kranialen Abschnitte der Mesenterialgefäße liegen zusammen mit dem Pankreas im vorderen pararenalen Raum. Die Gefäße der Niere befinden sich im perirenalen Raum.
