Zusammenfassung

Die sonographische Differentialdiagnostik der Leberveränderungen verläuft in drei Schritten: Zuerst werden störende und verwirrende extrahepatische Strukturen aussortiert. Dann trennt man die nichtpathologischen intrahepatischen Bilder ab. Zum Schluß bleibt dann die Deutung der eigentlichen Leberaffektion.
