In diesem Kapitel werden Verletzungen des Dickdarms durch ein Trauma besprochen. Hierzu gehören auch Perforationen des Kolons, die im Kap. 16 besprochen werden. Gewohnheitsgemäß unterteilt man traumatische Verletzungen in 2 Gruppen — jene durch perforierende und jene durch stumpfe Traumata verursachte.
