Zusammenfassung

Die Frage nach den Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit von klinischer und psychosozialer Medizin ist aktuell geworden, seit Psychosomatik an Institutionen betrieben wird (Kaufmann u. Margolin 1948). Zwei Hauptansätze kommen zu unterschiedlichen Lösungsvorschlägen: Auf der einen Seite versuchten Internisten in ihrer Person den psychosomatischen und den klinischen Ansatz zu vereinen, um so eine ganzheitliche Medizin zu praktizieren (Adler 1981; Engel 1972; Freyberger 1978, 1982; v. Uexküll 1981).
