Zusammenfassung
Nahezu aIle Erkrankungen und Verletzungen, die sich am Zentralnervensystem auswirken, können zu spastischen Erscheinungen führen. Dabei spielt der Ort der Schädigung eine entscheidende Rolle für das klinische Bild: Während Erkrankungen und Verletzungen des Gehirns in der Regel zu hemispastischen Erscheinungen führen, bewirkt die spinale Manifestation iiberwiegend para- bzw. Tetraspastische Erscheinungen.
