Zusammenfassung
Korrelationen zwischen erblich bedingten Blutmerkmalen und bestimmten Krankheiten gelten heute allgemein als gesichert [1]. In den letzten Jahren sind mehrere Studien publiziert worden, in denen darauf hingewiesen worden ist, daß möglicherweise eine Beziehung zwischen dem HLA-System und schizophrenen und depressiven Erkrankungen besteht [8, 12]. Derartige Blutmerkmale können somit als genetische Marker bestimmter psychiatrischer Erkrankungen bezeichnet werden, auch wenn der kausale Zusammenhang bis heute nicht geklärt ist.
