Zusammenfassung
Im Tierexperiment ließ sich nachweisen (Tilgner u. Heiner 1981), daß replantierte abdominelle Insellappen der Ratte mit intakten Gefäßstielen nicht schrumpften (Abb. 1). Die prozentuale Veränderung der Flächenausdehnung dieser Lappen wurde bis zum 7. postoperativen Tag verfolgt und zeigte keine wesentlichen Abweichungen vom Ausgangswert. Wurden hingegen Axialgefäße ligiert, so kam es in jedem Fall zu einer Schrumpfung. Dabei bestand zwischen Zeitpunkt der Unterbindung und Schrumpfungsgrad eine Korrelation.
