Zusammenfassung
Im Jahre 1974 haben Harrison u. Nicolle eine neue Form der Fingerarthrodese angegeben. Sie gaben als Grund dafür an, daß die Versteifung rheumatisch veränderter Fingergelenke langsam und unbefriedigend ist. Die neue Methode besteht in der Anwendung eines sog. Finger-Pegs, der intramedullär eingebracht wird. Er besteht aus Propathene (Polypropylen) (Abb. 1).
