Zusammenfassung

Die Greiffunktion der Hand ist in hohem Maße von der Oppositionsfähigkeit des Daumens abhängig. Kann der Daumen nicht mehr aktiv den Langfingern gegenübergestellt werden, so leiden v.a. der Präzisions- und der Grobgriff darunter.
