Zusammenfassung

Die Qualität einer chirurgischen Revaskularisation der Koronararterien und damit auch die Prognose der operierten Patienten ist u.a. abhängig von der „patency rate“des aortokoronaren Venenbypass. Eine Auseinandersetzung mit den möglichen Verschlußursachen dieses Venenbypass ist deshalb unerläßlich.
