Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Krankheitsbild „Herzinfarkt mit normalen Koronararterien“werden alle jene Herzinfarkte zusammengefaßt, bei denen angiographisch oder pathologisch-anatomisch keine oder nur minimale atherosklerotische Veränderungen der Koronararterien festzustellen sind, und auch keine der in Tabelle 1 (I.2–III.4) aufgeführten Erkrankungen vorliegen.
