Zusammenfassung

Während es seit langem allgemein anerkannt ist, daß ein Herzinfarkt ohne klinische Symptomatik stumm verlaufen kann (Mörl 1975; Margolis et al. 1973), wird erst in neuerer Zeit zunehmend diskutiert (Cohn 1977,1980,1981; Lindsey u. Cohn 1978; Iskandrian et al. 1981), daß auch eine passagere Myokardischämie ohne begleitende Symptomatik auftreten kann.
