Bösartige Gewebeentartungen können durch langjährige chronische Irritationen der Schleimhäute, wie man sie zum Beispiel bei Pfeifenrauchern und Spinnerinnen findet, durch Überempfindlichkeit der Haut gegen Lichteinwirkung und durch berufsbedingte Schädigungen entstehen.
