Zusammenfassung
Nach Einleitung einer Narkose nimmt die Kurzschlußdurchblutung (Q s/Q t) [1] zu. Patienten mit respiratorischer Insuffizienz haben ebenfalls eine erhöhte Kurzschlußdurchblutung. Da die hochfrequente Druckoszillationsbeatmung (HFV) die Arterialisierung bei Patienten mit respiratorischer Insuffizienz verbessern kann [2], haben wir uns gefragt, ob HFV auch die Arterialisierung beim anästhesierten Patienten verbessert.
