Zusammenfassung
Die Ableitung evozierter Potentiale über Skalpelektroden ist eine nichtinvasive Methode, um objektive Aussagen über die Funktion des zentralen und peripheren Nervensystems machen zu können. Branston u. Symon [3] konnten in Ischämieversuchen einen Amplitudenverlust evozierter Potentiale mit einem zerebralen Blutfluß von 12–18 ml/100 g/min und einem Kaliumausstrom in den Extrazellularraum korrelieren.
