Zusammenfassung

Vor etwa 1 1/2 Jahren wurde an unser Institut der Wunsch herangetragen, bei Krebspatienten im sonst nicht mehr therapierbaren Endstadium für eine Kombinationsbehandlung mit einer Ganzkörperhyperthermie (GKH) bei einer Kerntemperatur von 41,8° C sowie Zytostatikagaben das anästhesiologische Management zu übernehmen.
