Zusammenfassung

Der intra- und postoperative Verlauf von Patienten, die sich wegen eines Bauchaortenaneurysmas oder eines arteriellen Verschlußleidens einer aortobifemoralen Bypassoperation unterziehen müssen, ist seit Jahren auf Grund des hohen kardialen Risikos der Patienten Gegenstand von Untersuchungen [1–7]. Hierbei scheinen hypertone Krisen diese Patienten besonders zu gefährden.
