Zusammenfassung

Die Vorgeschichte der Patienten mit einer malignen Struma enthalt keine pathognomonischen Symptome. Die „Lehrbuchsymptome” (Tabelle 4.1) sind Spatsymptome. Sie sind heute nur noch bei den undifferenzierten Schilddriisenkarzinomen zum Zeitpunkt der Erstdiagnose zu erwarten.
