Referat
Angesichts der umfassenden Folgen des Zusammenwirkens von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik für Organisationen werden verschiedene theoretische Modelle diskutiert, die gegenüber den technischen Momenten der Informatisierung die organisationstheoretischen, psychologischen und sprachlich- kommunikativen Faktoren zur Geltung bringen sollen. Dabei wird die Akzeptanz der Systeme als Kern des Kausalzusammenhangs zwischen Informationstechnologie und Organisationsstruktur dargestellt.
Abstract
Various theoretical models are discussed with regard to the extensive effects of information and communication technologies in an organisation. These models underline the importance of organisational, psychological and speech-related communicative factors over the technical factors. The acceptance of systems is introduced as the central issue in the causal relation between information technologies and organizational structure.
