Zusammenfassung
Innerhalb neoplastiseher Veränderungen des Kolorektums können in der Mukosa, also oberhalb der Museularis mucosae, stark atypische drüsige Proliferationen mit allen zytologischen Merkmalen der Malignität auftreten. Diese Proliferationen können sich dabei entweder noch innerhalb der präexistenten Krypten befinden (Abb. 1, links) oder sie können die Basalmembran durchbrochen haben und in die Lamina propria mucosae vorgedrungen sein (Abb. 1, Mitte), womit auch histologische Malignitätskriterien vorliegen. Schließlich können diese atypischen Proliferationen durch die Museularis mucosae in die Submukosa vorgedrungen sein (Abb. 1, rechts).
