Zusammenfassung

Die indurative postphlebitische Dermatitis ist in der Regel an der Medianseite der Unterschenkel im Bereich insuffizienter Perforansvenen lokalisiert. Sie bildet oft die Grundlage für das Entstehen eines Ulcus cruris. Dies kann durch konservative Handlungsmethoden meist nicht verhindert werden. Durch Unterbindung der insuffizienten Perforansvenen und Ausschneidung der indurierten subkutanen Anteile läßt sich die indurative Dermatitis und deren Folgezustände auf operativem Wege in einem hohen Prozentsatz behandeln. Komplikationen des operativen Eingriffs bestehen in postoperativen Wundheilungsstörungen, Hämatom und Serombildung.
