Zusammenfassung

Für postoperative Syndrome gibt es in der Regel folgende 3 Erklärungsmöglichkeiten:

  1. 1)

    Persistenz oder Rezidiv der präoperativen Beschwerden,

  2. 2)

    Auftreten neuer Beschwerden bei Heilung oder zumindest Besserung des präoperativen Krankheitsbildes,

  3. 3)

    Kombination der genannten Möglichkeiten: Persistenz präoperativer Krankheitssymptome bei zusätzlichem postoperativem Auftreten neuer Beschwerden.
