Mit Hilfe der anatomischen Rekonstruktionsverfahren versucht man, die normale Anatomie des ösophagogastrischen Übergangs wiederherzustellen oder nachzuahmen. Zu den anatomischen Rekonstruktionsverfahren gehören die

  • Hiatusplastiken (nach Allison, Sweet, Welch, Harrington/Madden),

  • Gastropexien (nach Nissen, Boerema),

  • Antirefluxoperationen (nach Lortat-Jacob, Fundophrenikopexie nach Kümmerle).
