Zusammenfassung

Das häufigere Auftreten des Morbus Crohn in den Ländern der westlichen Welt führte auch an unserer Klinik zu einer Zunahme der zur operativen Behandlung eingewiesenen Patienten. Im Gegensatz dazu nehmen operative Eingriffe wegen Colitis ulcerosa deutlich ab (Abb. 1).
