Zusammenfassung

Die diätetische Behandlung von Dickdarmerkrankungen hat seit Jahren zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen. Im folgenden wird versucht, den derzeitigen Wissensstand bei den chronisch entzündlichen Erkrankungen Colitis ulcerosa, Enteritis regionalis Crohn, den akut entzündlichen Erkrankungen und der zu entzündlichen Komplikationen neigenden Colondivertikulose darzustellen.
