Zusammenfassung

Aufgrund endoskopisch-histologischer Befunde wurde in unserer Abteilung in 40 Fällen die Diagnose einer ischämischen Colitis gestellt. In mehr als 90% lagen koexistente kardiovasculäre Erkrankungen vor; einmal waren Anticonceptiva Ursache einer ischämischen Colitis (Antibabypillencohtis).
