Zusammenfassung
Die Tatsache, daß Lebertransplantate in orthotoper Position in verschiedenen Species im Gegensatz zu Nieren- oder Herztransplantationen häufig spontan akzeptiert werden (1, 2, 3), hat zu dem Schluß geführt, daß das Lebergewebe weniger immunogen ist als Nieren- oder Herzgewebe. Dies steht jedoch im Widerspruch dazu, daß die Leber reich an Zellen ist, die eine starke Abstoßungsreaktion verursachen, wie z.B. Ia-tragende Zellen, Makrophagen (Kupffer-Zell-System), interstitielle, dentritische Zellen- oder Passengerleukocyten.
