Zusammenfassung
Trotz radikaler en bloc Resektion treten bei Patienten mit Weichteilsarkomen Fernmetastasen auf (1). Welche Form der adjuvanten Behandlung (Chemo- oder Radiotherapie) postoperativ durchgeführt werden soll, wird zur Zeit aktiv untersucht. Lysolecithine (ALP) stellen eine neue Klasse von Antimetaboliten dar, deren Wirksamkeit in präklinischen und Phase-1 Studien untersucht worden ist (3, 4, 5). Ihre Wirkung kann durch zwei Mechanismen erklärt werden: 1. direkt cytotoxisch, 2. indirekt cytotoxisch (Stimulation von Makrophagen, (3)).
