Zusammenfassung
Eine individuell adaptierte adjuvante Chemotherapie erscheint bei fortgeschrittenen gastralen und colo-rectalen Carcinomen als besonders wichtig, da auch aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Zellkinetik und des variablen Wachstumverhaltens Tumorremissionen am Magen mit dem FAM-Schema nur in 50%, am Colon mit 5-Fluorouracil nur in 20% erzielt werden können. Die dazu notwendige Cytostaticatestung durch den Einbau von DNS-Vorstufen erweist sich als ungenau, die Tumor-Heterotransplantation als sehr aufwendig.
