Zusammenfassung

Der Wert einer perioperativen Antibiotica-Gabe bei colorectalen Operationen ist heute anerkannt. Infektöse postoperative Komplikationen lassen sich auf diese Weise erheblich senken. Coloneingriffe ohne Antibioticaschutz sind daher nicht mehr vertretbar. Eine Vielzahl klinischer Studien mit zahlreichen Antibiotica wurde bisher veröffentlicht (5). Die parenterale Gabe des Antibioticums (1) scheint Vorteile zu bieten gegenüber der enteralen Vorbereitung (4). Die Rolle der Anaerobier (2) bzw. der antianaeroben Prophylaxe (3) fand in letzter Zeit zunehmende Beachtung. Zu dieser Fragestellung soll die folgende Untersuchung beitragen.
