Revision Arthroplasty with the Screw-Anchored Intramedullary Hip Prosthesis
We do not consider it logical to perform a revision arthroplasty using the same technique that led to failure of the original prosthesis. We therefore suggest an uncemented, screw-anchored prosthesis as a means of revising failed arthroplasties.
