Zusammenfassung
In der uns bekannten Literatur werden nach lumbalen Bandscheibenoperationen in etwa 70–90% der Fälle zufriedenstellende bis gute Ergebnisse berichtet. Da in den vergangenen Jahren uns häufig Patienten nach lumbalen Bandscheibenoperationen mit erheblichen subjektiven und/oder erheblichen neurologischen Ausfällen aufsuchten, gingen wir in einer systematischen Nachuntersuchung den Faktoren nach, die für einen unbefriedigenden Erfolg lumbaler Bandscheibenoperationen verantwortlich zu machen sind.
