Zusammenfassung
Die Blutspiegelkurven von Butalbital und Propyphenazon werden nach ein- und zweimaliger Optalidoneinnahme (je 2 Dragees) dargestellt. Während Propyphenazon schnell resorbiert und eliminiert wird, verweilt Butalbital sehr lange im Blut; noch 38 h nach der zweiten Einnahme (je 100 mg Butalbital innerhalb von 5 h) wurden Butalbital- konzentrationen zwischen 1,1 und 1,2 mg/1 Blut festgestellt.
Summary
The blood levels of butalbital and prophyphenazone are given after taking Optalidon once or twice (two dragees for each dose). While prophyphenazone is quickly reabsorbed and eliminated, butalbital remains in the blood for a long time; even 38 h after the second dose (100 mg butalbital within 5 h) butalbital concentrations of between 1.1 and 1.2 mg/liter blood were determined.
