Zusammenfassung
Dieses Übersichtsreferat befaßt sich mit der Bedeutung und auch der Anwendbarkeit quantitativ erhobener Untersuchungsbefunde in der klinischen und in der forensischen Toxikologie. Anhand zahlreicher Literaturbeispiele wird auf Interpretationsschwierigkeiten und die zahlreichen Irrtumsmöglichkeiten kritisch aufmerksam gemacht.
Summary
The importance and the usefulness of obtaining quantitative data in clinical and forensic toxicology are reviewed. With the aid of many examples, the difficulties of the Interpretation of the results and the numerous possible errors are pointed out.
